Grant Pricing & Additional Costs
🚀 Fixed Full-Stack Package: For £4,880 inclusive of VAT, nonprofits receive a fixed package of 4 episodes plus 16 short-form video clips, full social media management, and all filming costs included (two shoot days over 48 hours). This is a bundled, all-in-one offer designed to jumpstart your podcast content.
🎥 Filming & Shoot Days Included: Our two-person crew covers all multi-camera recording, lighting, and production setup within the shoot days, no extra cost. Travel and national location filming are included in this price.
💡 Optional Extras: Should you require additional services such as professional hosts or a studio to record in, we can provide these at a cost.
⚙️ Flexible Production Scheduling: We can record up to 4 episodes per shoot day but are happy to spread filming across the whole 48-hour window to suit your schedule.
Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for impact-driven nonprofits and charities that are ready to harness the power of podcasting to amplify their mission. This grant is designed to support organisations that have the capacity, vision, and commitment to create a meaningful podcast series that drives change.
Eligibility Criteria
Annual Revenue of £200,000+ – This ensures that your nonprofit has the resources to sustain and maximize the impact of a podcasting initiative.
Proven Social Impact – Your mission must explicitly focus on social good, with a clear track record of outputs and outcomes that demonstrate your commitment to making a difference.

Deadline - 6.08.25Shortlisting & Intro Call – If shortlisted, we’ll schedule a call to discuss how podcasting can serve your organisation.
Deadline - 11.08.25Grant Awarded & Kickoff – Selected nonprofits will begin their podcast production journey with our team.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the optional extra costs?
Podcast Foundry will handle pre-production, production, and post-production as outlined in the grant scope. Optional extras we can quote for include:
- Professional podcast hosts (profiles available on request)
- Third party studio hire to film your epsiodes
These extras will also be offered at cost to us for successful grant applicants.How many episodes can be recorded in a shoot day?
We can capture 4 episodes per shoot day but are happy to spread filming over the full 48-hour period, based on agreed dates.Are travel and shoot day costs included?
Yes! We cover national travel for our grant winners. A two-person crew filming over two days typically costs between £1,200-1,600 (ex. VAT), but this is included in the grant package.Can I continue Podcast Foundry services after the grant?
Yes, you can continue at the grant price for up to 12 episodes. Our goal is to help your organisation develop the capacity to fully utilise your content and consistently grow brand awareness through social media and podcasts.What happens to my data after the contract?
You will receive access to all raw and edited files, including Premiere Pro edit files. We keep your data on our servers for a maximum of 3 months. If you prefer, we can provide a physical drive with your data at the end of the agreement for a nominal cost covering the drive and postage.We applied for the round 1 Grant and were unsuccessful.
